  The fiction book I read was Hank The Cowdog, Every Dog Has His Day, written by John R. Erickson. This book is about a cowdog named Hank who wants to get a dog named Benny off his ranch, but he runs into trouble along the way. I really like this book because it feels like you're in the book. It has a couple of songs. I also like that it's so interesting you never want to stop reading.
